Occasionally after joining the site some new members experience problems trying to sign in.  We want to be here for you and help to solve your difficulties.  Here are a list of common errors that might be causing your problem. 

  • Don't depend on the "Save this password in my password file" option on the sign in box, unless you make sure to keep up with your username and password. It's a good idea to keep the welcome email that you get when you sign up, so you can refer to it if you need to do that.

  • Make sure cookies are enabled.

  • Make sure that parental controls are turned off.

  • The sign-in box is case sensitive, so make sure you type your username and password in exactly as you gave it when you signed up.

  • Make sure your caps lock is not on, unless all your letters are caps.
